Impact and responsibilities


1. Analyze complex data sets to gain insights on player behavior finding solutions for strategic business objectives
2. Recommend actionable directions to pursue in the product roadmap
3. Own core AB tests of product features to drive innovation
4. Work side by side with product, RD & operations to understand cross department objectives to incorporate these perspectives in analysis and recommendations
5. Build data dashboards and reports to disseminate company-wide awareness and understanding of product data and user behavior
6. Manage objectives in a results-oriented demanding work environment
7. Combine macro and micro analysis integrating; user behavior data, consumer preferences, trends, competitive analysis and company strategy to determine the right product features and implementation

Requirements

Musts

1. 2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably in the industries of E-commerce or Mobile gaming, B2C

2. BA/B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering/ Economy or other quantitative field

3. Strong SQL skills with experience on large complex data sets

4. Experience in taking business decisions related to analysis focused on business objectives





Advantages


4. Working experience with Tableau, Mixpanel – strong advantage

5. Advanced knowledge in statistical modeling and tooling - advantage

5. Experience with design thinking methods or context: user's behaviors, trends and market, competitors analysis, customer journey ,personas, problem solving, offering, or working with UX/ UI designers - advantage

6. Passion for improving a customers life through product
